Do I need a fully equipped gym membership?
No. But we do require you to invest in a set of adjustable dumbbells. We specialize in efficient and effective home-based workouts. Whether you have a full commercial gym membership or a dedicated home setup with adjustable dumbbells, a barbell, and resistance bands, we optimize the routine to get the highest return on your effort.
What does the weekly commitment look like?
We map your plan to your lifestyle, not the other way around. If you only have 20 to 30 minutes two to three days a week, we will make it work. Most of our clients see exceptional results with two to three structured 45 to 60-minute full-body strength sessions per week, complemented by daily functional movement targets to keep your baseline activity and energy high.
